A school bus running fifteen minutes late is not unusual. Traffic, a road closure, a child who wasn't ready. What turns an ordinary delay into a bad morning is that nobody knows what's happening.

The parent at the stop doesn't know whether to wait or drive. The class teacher doesn't know why half the class is missing. The transport desk is calling the driver, who shouldn't be on the phone while driving. And the principal hears about it from the parents first.

Eyes inside the bus when it matters

On buses fitted with cameras, authorised staff can view inside the bus live from the monitoring screen and look back through recordings kept on the bus. If something happens on board, the school can see it, not just hear about it.

No. VigiTrack opens in the phone's browser and can be added to the home screen in one tap. It works on Android and iPhone.

No. A parent sees only their own children, and only after the school has confirmed them. The school decides which buses parents can follow, and every view is recorded.

No. Many schools run contracted buses. We work with the school and the operator to fit and connect each vehicle.

VigiTrack fills in the journey when the bus reconnects and always tells parents how recent the position is, so nobody mistakes an old position for a live one.

Every estimate is shown with a range, and the range is wider when the bus's progress is less certain. We would rather tell a parent "between 7:10 and 7:18" honestly than promise 7:12 and be wrong.
